The Right Angle

English professor Drew Edwards has been married for 14 years, has two children he adores, and has settled into a fulfilling career hoping to make a difference in students' lives. Yet his marriage has been fraught with turbulence, loneliness, and pain, owing in no small part to his lifelong struggle to come to terms with his sexual identity. When by chance he meets photographer Tony, the instant connection he experiences sets him on a path that could have profound repurcussions for the rest of his life.

You know the stories. You know the stereotypes. Some say dragons are powerful, proud, and intelligent but arrogant creatures, hoarding mountains of treasure in their cavernous, firelit lairs. Legends say they snatched up livestock, kidnapped princesses, leveled entire villages, and turned kings and kingdoms into ashes. Fearless knights set out on perilous quests to slay them. Unlikely heroes snuck into their lairs to retrieve stolen jewels and priceless talismans of old. One or two savvy individuals even outwitted them through flattery, uncovering their secret weaknesses.

But what if that’s all just a centuries-old smear campaign concealing a more sinister truth?
